CNN is quoting “a senior State Department official” as saying North Korea conducted “an apparently unsuccessful test” of the Taepodong 2 “that failed in flight.” Can’t wait for the details. (I guess this means the Dear Leader isn’t watching the epic Germany-Italy match.)
