Geoff FordenIISS Iranian Missile Dossier Released

The Iranian missile development program holds a special place in the hearts of armscontrolwonkers. We have discussed it on numerous occasions but we have never had the sort of in-depth and yet comprehensive discussion that it deserved. The International Institute for Strategic Studies has today released just such a study and I believe it will become a standard reference for those interested in this important topic. Not everyone will agree with all its conclusions but that makes reading it that much more fun. Its main author, Mike Elleman, has vast experience in working on missiles both as a missile engineer and UN weapons inspector. This experience in both the technical and policy aspects shows through out the book. Get a copy of it by hook or by crook!

definitely by crook – the IISS page is a bit unclear about US ordering, the ‘buy now’ button doesn’t seem to do anything….

    Jonathan,
Thanks for noting the problem. We get that fixed first thing in the morning.

Actually, the “buy now” button works, but it takes too long. We (IISS) need to get that fixed.

OK, thanks – I eventually got it to work for me (I think!)
