While I am Seoul, Busan and other interesting places, my friend Josh Pollack is going to pick up the slack on the blog this week.
Josh prefers to be known as “a consultant to the U.S. Government on arms control, proliferation, and deterrence issues, as well as a handful of other light-hearted topics.”
Josh and I have known each other since graduate school, when John Steinbruner’s classes were my only outlet for my wonkery. If you think my early posts were intemperate, you should have heard me then. For some reason, Josh still talks to me.
